Audiences built on shopping data
Target people by what they browse and buy on Amazon: in-market shoppers, category buyers, people who viewed your listing and did not buy, and past customers due to reorder.
Amazon DSP agency
Amazon DSP puts your brand in front of the right shoppers on Amazon, Prime Video, Fire TV and across the web, using what they actually browse and buy. We run it alongside your Sponsored Ads so every dollar is measured on total sales.
Trusted by Australian brands since 2014

What Amazon DSP does
Target people by what they browse and buy on Amazon: in-market shoppers, category buyers, people who viewed your listing and did not buy, and past customers due to reorder.
Display and video ads on Amazon, Prime Video, Fire TV, Twitch and IMDb, plus thousands of third-party websites and apps through Amazon’s exchanges.
Bring back shoppers who viewed your product, added it to cart or bought from a competitor. This is usually where DSP pays for itself first.
New-to-brand sales, reach and frequency, and how upper-funnel spend lifts branded search and organic sales over time.
When it makes sense
You are winning the searches you can win. Growth now means reaching shoppers before they search, or bringing back the ones who left.
Competitors are targeting your listings and your customers. DSP lets you reach your own shoppers and conquest theirs.
New listings have no search history. DSP puts them in front of the right category buyers from day one.
How we run it
The first step is an honest check on whether DSP is right for you yet.
We review your Sponsored Ads, margins and catalogue, and tell you honestly whether DSP is worth it yet. For some brands it is not.
Remarketing first, then lookalike and in-market audiences, with frequency caps and creative matched to each stage.
We manage bids, audiences and supply weekly, and report on total Amazon sales and new-to-brand customers, not just clicks.

FAQ
Amazon DSP (demand-side platform) is Amazon’s programmatic advertising platform. It lets you buy display, video and audio ads on Amazon and off it, targeted with Amazon’s first-party shopping data. Unlike Sponsored Products, you do not need to sell on Amazon to use it, although most of our DSP clients do.
Sponsored Products, Brands and Display are keyword and product-targeted ads bought per click. DSP is audience-based and usually bought per thousand impressions. Sponsored Ads capture shoppers who are already searching. DSP reaches them before they search and brings them back after they leave.
Yes. Amazon DSP runs in Australia and lets you reach Australian shoppers on Amazon.com.au, Prime Video, Fire TV, Twitch and third-party sites.
It depends on whether you use self-service or Amazon’s managed service, and on your category. Self-service has no fixed minimum, but you need enough spend for the audiences to learn. We give you a realistic number after looking at your account.
Usually not. Sponsored Ads capture existing demand at a lower cost. DSP makes sense once your listings convert well and your Sponsored Ads are profitable, so the traffic DSP brings back has something good to land on.
We track return on ad spend, new-to-brand purchases, detail page view rate and the lift DSP gives to branded search and organic sales. You see total Amazon impact, not only the sales DSP takes credit for.
