AskAll Privacy Policy

Overview
AskAll is a browser extension built and maintained by One Egg (https://www.oneegg.com.au/). It lets you send a single prompt to multiple AI chat services at once.
This policy describes exactly what data AskAll handles. The short version: we do not collect, store, or transmit any of your data to our servers. AskAll has no backend, no analytics, no telemetry, and no tracking of any kind.
Data we collect
None. AskAll does not send any information to One Egg, our servers, or any third party that we control.
Data the extension stores on your device
AskAll uses Chrome’s built-in storage.sync API to remember one thing between sessions: which AI services you have checked in the popup (for example, “ChatGPT on, Grok off”).
- This data is a list of service names (
["chatgpt", "claude", "gemini"]) with no personally identifiable information attached. - It is stored by Chrome and synced across your signed-in Chrome browsers, the same way Chrome syncs bookmarks. We never see it.
- You can clear it at any time by removing the extension or by clearing your Chrome sync data.
We do not store, log, or transmit your questions, prompts, conversations, search history, browsing history, IP address, or any account credentials.
How the extension uses each permission

host_permissions for claude.ai and gemini.google.com | To inject a small script that pastes your question into the chat box on those two sites only. Claude and Gemini do not accept prompts via URL parameters the way the other services do; this script is the only workaround. The script reads your question from the page URL and types it into the chat input. It does not read, transmit, or store anything else from those pages. |
The extension does not request access to any other websites.
Third-party services
When you click “Ask All”, AskAll opens new tabs at the websites of the AI services you have selected (for example, chatgpt.com, claude.ai, gemini.google.com, perplexity.ai, grok.com). Once those tabs are open, your interaction with each service is governed by that company’s own privacy policy. AskAll has no visibility into or control over what those services do with your prompts.
We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, or xAI. All product names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here for identification only.
Children
AskAll is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and the version of the extension. Material changes will also be noted in the extension’s Chrome Web Store listing.
