Gemi Investments is a privately owned investment firm that facilitates investment into debt secured by Australian real estate.
GEMI was looking to bring on new investors to their lending platform. They engaged OED with a mandate to generate as many leads as possible. After 6 months the campaigns were paused due to an overwhelming amount of new leads coming into the business
Our campaign setup from the get go, focused on a small number of key persona targets that would benefit greatly from GEMI’s services. We ensured we focused on targeting our marketing investment towards these persona. We strategically chose platforms and features which appealed to these persona’s. And messaging that we knew considered their pain points. The outcome was a focused spend towards the right persona and a high engagement to lead rate.
Investment is a product that customers spend time researching before diving in. It was our intention to be part of this journey with our customers. We utilized multiple advertising platforms to ensure we covered multiple touch points along the customer journey to purchase. Touch points were spread along the funnel and on platforms: Google Search, Linkedin Sponsored Posts and Linkedin Inmails.
Our use of multiple platforms allowed us to layer targeting together from different platforms. This included keyword targeting, career and industry persona targeting as well as in platform audience targets. Combining these together allowed us to hone in on our advertising personas.
The campaigns performed beyond expectations generating over 450 leads within a 6 month period. We had to pause the campaigns due to an overwhelming amount of new leads and new business generated.
