Digital Account Manager

The Digital Account Manager role is primarily responsible for delivering total client satisfaction by ensuring great service and delivery of our search, social and content offerings. You will be managing a diverse portfolio of clients that include blue-chip brands in Australia & US, building positive and professional senior client relationships and managing a client service team..

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Providing excellent communication, project management and actionable strategies and ideas for a select group of clients across a range of industries.
  • Project managing multiple campaigns designed to generate results for our clients. We work in a range of areas including Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO, Display Advertising, EDMs and Marketing Automation.
  • Working with our production and creative teams to ensure we provide an unbeatable experience and fantastic results to our clients.
  • Involvement in client workshops, daily communication, strategy sessions, presentations and additional client interactions.

  • 2+ years of working with clients

  • Agency side experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

    SEO Specialist

    We are looking for an SEO expert to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities. You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. Experience in SEM campaigns on Google Ads is a plus.

    Day to Day Tasks Include
      • Optimise copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
      • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation
      • Research and implement search engine optimisation recommendations
      • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
      • Develop and implement link building strategy
      • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented
      • Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming

      Job Requirements
        • Experience managing projects and programs with a metrics-driven digital marketing emphasis and use of web technologies, optimization and mobile applications.
        • A deep understanding of how the search engines rank websites
        • Experience with content writing, building backlinks, and optimizing webpages
        • Familiarity with the WordPress platform and proper formatting practices

        PPC / Paid Search Specialist

        One Egg Digital specialise in SEO, SEM & CRO. We are based in Sydney, Australia. We service all industries, most of our clients are in the finance, law and real estate verticals. This role can be remote for the right candidate

        Key Functional Areas of Responsibility
        • Implement Pay Per Click media strategies for clients;
        • Handle, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Facebook, Bing, LinkedIn and other platforms.
        • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics;
        • Handle the creation of large keyword lists;
        • Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates;
        • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals;
        • Direct and handle new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of paid search marketing initiatives; Direct, handle, and be able to generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives;
        • Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments;
        • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with client goals; Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels;
        • Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results; and
        • Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.

        • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
        • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
        • Proficiency in managing moderate to large scale PPC accounts in a variety of different business verticals.
        • Google Ads, Analytics & Bing certification a plus.
